Today we started our day off in Rome walking around in the general direction of Trastevere. Upon finding this magical place we immediately smelled the aroma of good food. The streets in Trastavere confused us for quite some time before we located the restaurant that I had found a good review for online. We sat down, got some fresh bread and waited patiently for our meals. When they arrived and we dug in we nearly lost it. We both agreed that this was our favorite meal that we had had on the trip thus far. Next, we walked home and checked out of our hostel before visiting the train station to take the trip to Florence. Once we arrived we did some more walking in circles to find out hostel before going out to dinner with one of our roomates. Later on we came back to the hostel and talked with the people from our room until everyone was tired enough to sleep.

The Leonardo Da Vinci museum is really cool and off the beaten path, and it's worth it to brave the crowds to see David at the Galleria dell' Accademia. If you do, take a look at the little gallery with the mirrored floor and let me know what you think!
