Today we got up and after a quick breakfast at the hostel we took the metro toward Vatican City. All the artwork in the Vatican was quite amazing as well as being somewhat overkill. There wasn't one space on the wall/ceiling that wasn't painted on. The dates on some of the statues amazed me very much. Next we went to a restaurant and had some pasta dishes before moving toward the Colloseum and the Roman Forum. On our way there we stopped at a few plazas just to see what they had for sale before moving on. We bought tickets for both the Roman Forum and the Colloseum at the forum as there were no lines there as opposed to the ones at the Colloseum. After touring around a bit it started to drizzle and we made our way to a restaurant for dinner. We met some nice Irish people at the restaurant who we talked to for a bit before moving on to a cafe for some coffee. After some more random walking around we decided it was time to head back to the hostel.

did you tour the Colleseum?! It's practically the most manly place in the world.
