Today started off at around 8:30 when we hopped into our tuk tuk driving to the temples of Siem Reap. We were dropped off at each major location and we would walk around at whatever speed we desired which me and jacob enjoyed quite a lot. Each temple we saw today was absolutely amazing in its own way. We climbed many ancient sets of stairs today, each more precariously steep than the last, but each one of them had an amazing view to show us at their peak. We had an interesting experience with the food at lunch today but that couldn't ruin the amazing feeling you get at the top of a temple made almost a thousand years ago. Each temple smelled strongly of curry and incense which we lit at at the feet of many Buddha statues. One thing we both found extremely interesting that goes hand in hand with the Buddha statutes were all the Buddhist monks in the area(as seen in the picture of one snapping a photo of another). We climbed a small mountain to reach a temple at the peak which usually has great views for the sunset but sadly it did not turn out as nicely as we had envisioned. For dinner we went to a buffet/show as recommended by our tuk tuk driver and had a great time.

P.S. The two very small people you see sitting at the top of the steps in one of the pictures is us, in case it was hard to tell.
This blog will document me, Jacob, and my brother, Harrison, as we travel through China, Cambodia, Italy, and Spain. We will be staying in Hong Kong, Beijing, Siem Reap, Rome, Florence, Barcelona, Torla, and Madrid over a period of 3 weeks. We hope to give everyone an accurate taste of our trip, and look forward to the memories that will be made in this once in a lifetime opportunity! Yes, we know maneuvering is spelled incorrectly in our blog address. It's a pun.
